Do you have a child with complex medical needs? Or chronic intense behaviors?
Jane’s Journals are here to help!
Parents collect dozens of data points as they give round-the-clock care, whether it is medical information or behavioral information. They need to correctly report the information back to many specialists, doctors and therapists. They need to keep track of appointments, manage the environment and ever-changing protocols – all while juggling the normal demands of work, family and running a household. How do they keep it all straight?
Watch for a quick introduction to Jane’s Journals!
If you find yourself telling people about Jane’s Journals a lot, I would be happy to send you some postcards to make it easier. Are you giving them to other parents in your community? Or leaving them with your child’s doctors and other caregivers so they can tell others, I want to make it as easy as possible. Email me at greatbooks@janesharpe.com and I’ll send you as many as you need.
Additionally, if you have suggestions that would improve any of Jane’s Journals, please let me know that as well so I can better serve these families.
Planning and Tracking Your Detox: Cleanse Journal for Symptoms and Healing
The journal starts out with a place to write out the protocol for your cleanse of choice. There are pages to list the supplies you’ll need, and pages to plan out the phases of your detox timeline.
Then you’ll jump in to the daily sheets for up to five weeks of tracking your symptoms, hydration, and support supplements. Every seven days has a weekly overview to keep track of the big picture, and a place for notes.
Finally, as you end your detox you can assess its success and track how you ease back into your regular lifestyle.
